- Speak with ME to discuss what you are looking for and create an online search
- Start looking at homes! (This is the exciting part!)
- Write an offer
- Once offer is accepted, we will set up home inspections if agreed upon
- Appraisal in ordered by lender and completed
- Finalize paperwork with lender
- CLOSE!!

SELLERS:
When selling a home, preparing yourself and the home is the most crucial step. Below outlines the selling process:
- Contact ME for a FREE market analysis
- Declutter your home as much as possible. Hire a stager if we decide it is needed.
- Get preapproved for a mortgage if needed for your next home
- Gather documents needed to list that I recommend with your market analysis
- Photos will be taken
- Listing becomes live
- Showings and/or Open Houses occur
- An offer is chosen
- Inspections occur if agreed upon
- Appraisal will be done
- CLOSE!
